I love compliments!

Ran into my BoxFit instructor while working out my legs today. He complimented me on my form and encouraged me to keep coming to class :o). I gotta say, that left me with a big smile on my face!!

Post workout smoothie:
protein powder, soy/skim milk,frozen berries,spinach,agave nectar, half an apple
Yummo!! Tasted like a chocolate raspberry smoothie. You can't even taste the spinach.

So I've finally said fuggeaboutit to my face and I'm trying a new facial cleanser. It took me about 30 minutes of browsing to finally find something worth trying.
Let's hope this works or else I'm going on Proactiv!

Lunch:
So.. after I took this picture I realized the fish didn't taste as fresh as it looked so I threw it out and reheated some leftovers :(

My PT program starts in 13 days!! Get excited!!!

Either the fish or the meat

We had some tilapia in the fridge that needed cooking asap.

The recipe called for onion powder but I substituted garlic instead
 Doesn't get much better than freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Along with some butter, creme fraiche (the recipe called for mayo but we didn't have any so a little improvisation was in order), and lemon juice

Sweet potato fries!!
Mixture of brown sugar, salt, pepper
T also got a side of kefta from our local kabob joint.

I'm so hood.
Dessert:

Dessert overload.. I think I'm going to need to detox or something. :o)

Breakfast:
Saute some apples
Along with oats, cinnamon, agave nectar and the last bit of apple cake crumble
Craziness but I love it!
