Bear DOWN. CHICAGO BEARS!!

Grocery delivery time!! Lots of healthy goodies like veggies, frozen fruits, pouring yogurt (which I'm excited to eat w. my cereal), flapjacks, whole wheat pancakes, muesli, ETC!!!

It was raining in the morning but I managed to psych myself up by taking the bus to the gym. Whatever gets me there right?!

3 sets of 8-10 reps with a focus on back and chest
  • lat pulldown (B)
  • cable chest press (C)
  • barbell row (B)
  • incline chest press (C)
  • one arm row (B)
  • barbell chest press (C)
  • upright row (S)
  • barbell shoulder press (S)
Protein shake:
w. fruit and nut cereal on top
I met up w. a friend for lunch @ Arang for a bit of catch up and delicious Korean food.

My dish: Champong with noodles and seafood. The best Champong I've had here in London. The broth was very flavorful and just the right amount of spice for muah..
Belgian waffles with nutella and strawberries?! YES PLEASE!!
£4.20 for this waffle? You bet your ass it better be good!! The waffle was hot and gooey with a generous portion of chocolate. Yuuuuuuuuuuuuum....So worth it :)

Dinner: We decided to stay in and relax this weekend.

Whole wheat pancakes for breakfast this morning. T decided to eat some with me. He never eats breakfast! I think he's resolved to eat breakfast which is a very good thing!
200ml milk, 1 egg, tablespoon oil, pancake mix.
I added in some dark chocolate chips for some sweetness!
Time for my run.
