Behesht Persian Cuisine

We went to Beshest, Beshet, Behest, Persian restaurant on Harlow road, Persian restaurant on Harrow road A HA!! Behesht for dinner. We were greeted by this man making naan bread in this giant what chu ma call it!

We started with some hummus, chicken salad, and aubergine starters. Yuuuuuum!!
I don't think they call it chicken salad but it was a cross between coleslaw and chicken salad.

We ordered the mix grill for 5 2. It was HUGE!!!!!!!
There was chicken x 2, baby lamb, and kefta.
I added a little thing of butter and some grilled tomatoes to the rice. It was fabulous :-D
I was very pleased with our dining experience there. The waiters weren't the friendliest per se but it wasn't all that bad. Plus, there was a TON of leftovers.

Breakfast this morning:
bowl of oatmeal for me
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup skim milk 
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • cinnamon
  •  vanilla extract
  • Toppings: Maple syrup, almond butter, agave nectar

I decided not to get my usual tofu and seafood soup and got the spicy udon noodle bowl (jampong) w. lots of seafood!
